Our Scope

On a site most considered unbuildable, Cascade Point steps down the escarpment in five terraces, each one a pavilion with its own view of the Atlantic.
Our construction team engineered a micro-pile foundation system that let the home touch the cliff lightly, preserving the natural rock as a living part of the architecture.
Highlights
- Five stepped pavilions on micro-pile foundations
- Locally quarried stone cladding
- Funicular lift linking every level
- Rainwater harvesting for full landscape irrigation
