Perched 120 feet above the Pacific, Basalt Crescent was conceived as a single continuous gesture — a ribbon of white concrete that unwinds from the hillside and settles gently onto the basalt below.
Every level opens to the horizon. The infinity pool is set at the exact sightline where water meets water, so the ocean seems to pour straight into the living spaces.
Highlights
- Cantilevered terraces anchored into native basalt
- Infinity-edge pool aligned to the sunset horizon
- Marine-grade concrete engineered for salt and seismic loads
- Native coastal planting restored across the bluff
